Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-01

CubeGet is an independent interface built on third-party AI models. These rules apply to every image and video you create with our tools.

Not allowed

NSFW, explicit, pornographic, nude or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including "artistic" or "borderline" requests.
Any content that sexualizes, endangers or harms minors.
Face-swaps, deepfakes or face manipulation of any real person, and content that impersonates or misleads about a real person.
Harassment, threats, bullying, defamation or hate speech against any person or group.
Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, terrorism or extremist content.
Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or that is otherwise illegal.
Spam, scams, fraud, or attempts to get around our filters.

How we enforce it

Every prompt is checked by automated content moderation before it is sent to an AI model; anything flagged is refused and no credits are used. The AI model providers apply their own safety filters as well. We may disable license keys that break these rules, without refund, and report illegal content to the authorities.

Uploads

Only upload images you own the rights to. Do not upload images of other people, of minors, or anything that breaks the rules above.

Report a problem

If you see content that breaks these rules, email us and we will act within 3 business days.
